Press Ganey’s new Clinical Performer(SM) solution integrates financial, operational, satisfaction and quality data, producing profiles that allow hospital managers and medical staffs to analyze physician practice patterns, improve resource management and identify cost-saving opportunities. The product elevates Press Ganey’s role with healthcare providers to become a full-service integrated provider of insights.
Along with the product launch, Press Ganey is unveiling a new brand to represent the company’s rich history and to reflect the company’s evolution from a patient satisfaction leader into a provider of insight into total performance. The new brand includes a new logo and tagline, web site and product names.

In addition to the Clinical Performer(SM), Press Ganey will be unveiling its new Improvement Portal(SM) early next year. The portal is an online gateway providing insight into performance, including real-time data, and access to best-in-class improvement resources.
