Growing government support and increased private sector participation point to a bright future for the health sector in Abu Dhabi, Dr Ahmad Al Mazroui, Chairman of Health Authority Abu Dhabi (HAAD), said during the official opening of the fourth annual Abu Dhabi Medical Congress (ADMC) on Sunday.
Abu Dhabi remains committed to opening up the health sector to more institutions of international repute while providing quality health care at the local level, he added.
One of the UAE’s largest events related to the medical field, the three-day conference kicked off yesterday with leading international health care companies showcasing products and services under five segments — Emergency, Primary Health Care, Patient Safety, Rehabilitation and Physical Medicine.
