A new management system introduced at the Emergency Department of the Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) has helped reduce the patients’ waiting time to a maximum 40 minutes, according to Dr Khalid Abdul Noor, head of the Department.
The British Lean management system has played a key role to save the time of patients as well as the department, said Abdul Noor.
