The International Diabetes Summit happening in Dubai on 5th & 6th October 2010 will gather the most important authorities within the health focused institutions, organizations and companies. The main purpose of the Summit is to highlight the rising prevalence of diabetes and its complications in the world in general and in the Middle East in particular; to discuss the recent issues related to prevention, management and treatment of diabetes and to develop global and national strategies to reduce the socio-economic burden of diabetes.
