Consultants from Moorfields Eye Hospital Dubai will present a series of professional development sessions, in partnership with Johnson & Johnson Vision Care, a division of Johnson & Johnson (Middle East) Inc., for eye care professionals from across the GCC
The programme sessions will cover the role of eye care professionals in Diabetes, clinical advances in Keratoconus management and treatment, Glaucoma treatment and new advances in soft toric contact lenses.

Three of Moorfields leading consultant surgeons will present the programme – Dr Chris Canning, Medical Director and Consultant Vitreoretinal Surgeon; Dr Edmondo Borasio, Consultant Corneal and Refractive Surgeon; and Dr Renata Puertas, Consultant Glaucoma Surgeon.
Johnson & Johnson Vision Care opened The Vision Care Institute – a professional education centre for eye care specialists – in Dubai Healthcare City in June 2008, so that eye care professionals from across the Middle East could learn more about the latest developments in the field under the leadership of top eye care professionals from within, as well as from outside, the region.
