KUWAIT: The Kuwaiti Department for Caring for the Disabled said yesterday that Kuwait spares no effort to cater for its children with disabilities, providing them with shelter, medical, psychological, social care and guidance.
Director of the Department, Khaled Al-Mahdi said during a seminar held on the sidelines of the Arab Handicapped Day, that the development of countries in the world are measured in terms of its care for the disabled persons, hoping that today would be an incentive to meet the challenges that prevent the development of services for this category.
